Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken (3-4 pounds)

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh basil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Rinse and dry chicken.

  3. Place chicken breast side up in a large roasting pan.

  4. Combine melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and basil in a small bowl.
