Lemony Lime Bars


  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease well.

  2. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add in eggs and vanilla extract and mix until well combined. Add in flour and salt and mix until just combined.
